Brad Taylor received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in Tacoma, Washington (currently Seattle University School of Law).  He pursued his undergraduate studies at Washington State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Taylor worked for six years as a construction claims analyst.  During that time, he worked extensively in the areas of data evaluation and large volume document control, project scheduling, claims preparation, claims presentation, and litigation support.  Mr. Taylor has also worked as an estimator/engineer for S. J. Groves & Sons, Hydro Division in Bellevue, Washington, and as a field office engineer, foreman, and operating engineer for Jack B. Parson Construction Company, a heavy highway construction company located in Utah.

Mr. Taylor has a diverse business and construction law practice in Bellevue, Washington and Yakima, Washington.  In addition to his construction law practice, Mr. Taylor represents a variety of business clients in their commercial transactions, business acquisitions, real property transactions and leases, collections, and corporate matters.  Mr. Taylor represents partnerships and limited liability companies as well as closely-held corporations.  Mr. Taylor has experience working with the federal and Washington minority and small business programs, and Washington's Franchise Act.  Mr. Taylor's practice includes representation of individuals in real property transactions and boundary disputes.

Mr. Taylor co-authored and presented Federal Publications' Washington State Environmental Law Manual and Seminar.  He is the author of  the Washington chapter of Aspen Law Publications' Fifty State Construction Lien and Bond Law.   He co-authored a manual and taught a seminar entitled Contracting For Profit In The 90's.  Mr. Taylor is an officer and Board member of the Central Washington Home Builders Association, a Board member of the Building Industry Assocation of Washington, a Board member of Built Green Washington, and founder of Sustainability Foundation, a non-profit corporation that promotes sustainable construction and development practices.

Mr. Taylor's practice involves litigation or arbitration of disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or meditation.  Mr. Taylor is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, and the United States Claims Court.  He also practices before the various Government Boards of Contract Appeals.
